"The location is very quiet, actually the villa is inside a block of similar houses, and nearby streets are very quiet - main traffic goes a little further. The public beach is ~12 min walk, where the water is very clean, thanks to small stones instead of sand. Many cafes & small shops on shoreline, although we preferred to drive to city center (~10 min with car) for groceries shopping and dining. The property is very clean and bright, 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor and one on 1st. Very neat terrace with roof, ideal for breakfast, trees hide you from neighbors. Great 2-piece tea pot, very handy to make tea and keep it warm! The host was very responsive via WhatsUp, small technical problems like faulty light bulb were fixed almost immediately."
